Falsely Accused WA was founded by Western Australians with lived experience of false accusations — partners, parents, siblings, and friends who watched the people they love be transformed by allegations that did not reflect the truth of who they are.

We are not a legal service. We do not investigate cases or determine guilt or innocence. We exist in the space the legal system was never designed to hold — the human one. The family one.

Our work is to listen without judgement, to connect families with the right support at the right time, and to make visible a community of people who have, until now, carried this in silence.
